Glam LGBT awards ceremony drew a slew of famous faces to central London

The former Spice Girl, 44, announced Monday that she was expecting her second child with husband Christian Horner.
It's the couple's first child together, and a sibling for Geri's daughter Bluebell, 10.
Geri showcased her bump for the first time at the Attitude Awards, where she received the Honorary Gay Award.
