Geri Horner confirms that she is pregnant with her second child
Spice Girl revealed happy news on Twitter and Instagram
GERI Horner is expecting her second child - her first with husband Christian Horner.
The 44-year-old Spice Girl tweeted a cryptic tweet and Instagram combo earlier today that her reps have since confirmed is about her happy news.
It's her first child with husband Christian Horner, 42 and a sibling for her daughter Bluebell Madonna, 10.
An official statement from the 44-year-old's team read: "Geri and Christian are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together.
"The couple is overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family.
"Geri married Red Bull Formula 1 Team Principal Christian Horner at a ceremony held in a parish church at Bedfordshire in May last year, where Geri’s daughter Bluebell was a bridesmaid."
Geri borrowed a line from her single It's Raining Men to announce her happy news on her social media channels.
She wrote: "God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice"
She also shared as sketch of a heavily pregnant woman alongside the caption.
Geri previously described Formula One boss Christian - who she married last year - as her "best friend".
She said: "My husband is my best friend. He knows me inside out, I don't edit myself with him. It was a big learning curve."
The former Spice Girls singer has learned to accept herself for who she is and thinks being happy is the key to looking good.
She said: "Being happy is the best beauty secret. I wish I'd known that when I was 20, I could have saved myself a lot of money...
"I've wasted so much time trying to find-tune who I am but there's something so freeing about being kind to yourself and saying, 'Actually, I'm enough. This is going to have to do.' "
And late last year, the 'Lift Me Up' hitmaker admitted she and Christian - who has a three-year-old daughter, Olivia, from a past relationship - would love to have another child and would even consider adoption.

She said: "If it happens it happens and that will be amazing. But we are already blessed with two girls.
"We might think about adoption but to be honest, we know we are so lucky and so happy with things as they are, you have to realise when not to push your luck."
Geri does not have any contact with the father of Bluebell who was introduced to the petite popstar by their mutual pal Robbie Williams.
Bluebell Madonna was conceived during a six week fling, and reports hinted that Geri was adamant on raising her baby alone.
Speaking about her unique name, Geri revealed she was inspired while taking a walk.
She said: "As I walked round the park in the last few days of pregnancy, I seemed to see bluebells everywhere.
"Then what really clinched it for me was my mother telling me that the bluebell is increasingly rare - so it's a precious flower, which seems just right for my daughter.
"As she came out of my tummy, she was screaming her head off as though she was shouting, 'Hello Wembley!'
"It suits her. She is soft and a little bit diva-ish, with a great spirit."
