Shakira’s ex Gérard Pique, 35, dating student Clara Chia Marti, 23, after marriage split
GERARD PIQUE has wasted no time moving on from pop beauty Shakira following their split after 12 years.
I can reveal the Barcelona footballer has for the past few months been secretly dating a student who works for him.
It sparks questions over whether their romance started before he parted ways with the Hips Don’t Lie hitmaker.
At 23, PR student Clara Chia Marti is 12 years his junior and is believed to have met him while working on events at his production company Kosmos.
Those close to the couple say they have been seeing each other for some time.
That is likely to be a surprise for Shakira, who has two children with Gerard and whose separation was announced in June.

A source close to Clara said: “Gerard and Clara have been seeing each other for months.
“She is a student who also works for him in his office, organising events.
“They have been keeping quiet about their relationship but those around them all know what is happening.
“People have been helping him keep the romance hush-hush and have wiped Clara’s social media accounts so people can’t find photos of her. That alone makes his mates think he is actually quite serious about being with her.”
Shakira, one of the best-selling music artists of all time, met Gerard in 2010 after he featured in the video to her song Waka Waka, released for footie’s World Cup that year.
She has not revealed the reasons behind the split but the couple have agreed on a temporary custody agreement — despite Gerard wanting the kids to stay with him in Barcelona and Shakira being keen for them to relocate to Miami with her.
The singer has been keeping busy in the US as a judge on telly show Dancing With Myself, alongside Nick Jonas.
In April she released the single Te Felicito with Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro, which will feature on her upcoming 12th album.
Representatives for Pique, Shakira and Clara Chia were contacted.
Shakira has plenty to be getting on with, so she is well shot of Gerard and his drama.
KATY IS RED-DY FOR TOUR
KATY PERRY has all but confirmed her Las Vegas residency will end in October.
The Firework singer, who wowed the crowds in a cut-out red dress, has eight more dates on her Play residency and said she is ready to move on and do another world tour.
Speaking at the Magic Fashion Trade Show in Sin City, she explained: “I have the songs to be able to put on a big show that people age eight to 80 can enjoy.
“Those songs have taken me everywhere around the world, and I’ve toured the world three times over.
“So I know I need to go back because the world constantly changes, and there are new fans every day.”
This isn’t the only big change in Katy’s life, as she recently sold the £14million Los Angeles home she shares with her husband Orlando Bloom.
The couple, who have daughter Daisy Dove together, have bought a new home in Montecito, close to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Katy, who grew up nearby in Santa Barbara, added: “I lived in LA for 20 years, and LA is great for building a business.
“But your home always calls you home. We’re raising a family, and we just want a different pace.”
KIM GETS LEGOS OUT
KIMBERLY WYATT must have been in a rush to get out of the house, as she ended up wearing this white corset over the top of a pink romper.
The Pussycat Dolls singer and former Dancing On Ice contestant wore the kooky outfit to the relaunch of Lego’s flagship store in London’s Leicester Square this week, as the toy brick brand celebrated its 90th anniversary.
Girls Aloud’s Kimberley Walsh was also there with her kids, as was ex-EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa.
She was overheard telling her husband Dan Osborne that they might need to rent a car to get all of the Lego that they had bought for their kids home.
They must have been bricking it.
AITCH'S COLLAB ED-ING FOR NO1
AITCH may finally score his first No1 by calling in the big guns – in the form of Ed Sheeran.
I can reveal the pair have collaborated on the single My G, which shows the Manchester-born rapper’s vulnerable side.
While he has become known for some naughty lyrics like in Baby, which went to No2 this year, this song is about his 12-year-old sister Gracie, who has Down’s syndrome.
Aitch, whose real name is Harrison Armstrong, said: “My G holds a very important place in my heart.
“People might assume it’s about my mates but it’s actually about my little sister Gracie, who we call ‘G’.
“I wrote this song specifically for her, it shows how important she is to me and my family. Hopefully she’ll listen to it when she’s a bit older and be proud of what I’m doing.
“Also big ups to Ed Sheeran and (producer) Fraser T Smith for working with me on this track. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.”
Aitch, who has racked up seven hit singles in three years, last worked with Ed in 2019, when he featured on a remix of Take Me Back To London with Stormzy and Jaykae, so it was about time the Shape Of You singer repaid the favour.
The tune on his debut album Close To Home, which is out next Friday. Explaining how the collaboration with Ed came about, Aitch said: “I made the song, told him the concept of the song, and he loved it.
“He sent me a voice note saying, ‘I think I’m gonna do it.’
“It was mad. He just does it all rough.
“He just sent me a voice note, he was like ‘I think I’m gonna do this’.
“Played the beat in the background, started singing it. I was like, ‘Yeah that’s perfect’.”
Aitch’s record is expected to be one of the biggest British albums of the year.
If he plays his cards right, the Brit Awards will be rolling in come February.
FIRST REVIEW: SISTER ACT THE MUSICAL @ Eventim Apollo, London
A STAR-studded cast often leads to dodgy vocals, wooden acting and less drama than a vicar’s sermon.
But the genius team behind Sister Act The Musical ought to be rejoicing after pulling off the most feelgood show of the year.
Beverley Knight is astounding as runaway singer Deloris Van Cartier, who is forced to go into witness protection in a convent after seeing a murder.
She is set against Jennifer Saunders, an absolute hoot as the stuck-up Mother Superior, while The Greatest Showman’s Keala Settle brings even more powerhouse vocals as Sister Mary Patrick.
The genius script and uplifting songs had me grinning from ear to ear.
And if that isn’t enough, you even get the chance to see Lesley Joseph (Sister Mary Lazarus) spitting the opening bars of The Sugarhill Gang's Rapper’s Delight.
It’s the most joyful show I’ve seen all year, bar nun.

HOWELL DAVIES
JUSTIN’S GLOVELY SHADE OF PINK
JUSTIN BIEBER was more Barbie than Baby thanks to this quirky look.
He teamed a pink vest with matching PVC trousers and bright Nike wool gloves on stage in Finland.
The Peaches singer, whose wife Hailey joined him for his European gigs, postponed some US dates earlier this year after being diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome – a condition affecting facial nerves.
Judging by his recent shows, Justin will be back to his best by the time he brings his Justice World Tour to the UK in February.
MIX HIT MAKER’S SAD DAY
LITTLE MIX’s top songwriter has revealed she was “devastated” the group split.
But Kamille, who was their unofficial “fifth member” after writing hits such as Shout Out To My Ex and Black Magic, teased that Perrie Edwards’ solo music is “incredible”.
And she reveals there is more to come from ex-bandmates Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock, both of whom she has worked with since the split.
Recalling the split, Kamille said in an exclusive chat: “That was the saddest day for all of us. I was devastated.
“But what is even more exciting is watching them all creating their own music.
“I was in the studio with Perrie the other day and I am going to get in the studio with the rest of them soon.”
Singer Kamille, who releases her new single Weight Loss tomorrow, said of Perrie’s new music: “Her voice is unreal.”
MUM'S ORDEAL
MARCUS MUMFORD has revealed he was sexually abused at the age of six, repressing the painful memory until writing his recent single Cannibal.
He said: “Like lots of people, and I’m learning more and more about this as we go and as I play it to people, I was sexually abused as a child.
“Not by family and not in the church, which might be some people’s assumption. But I hadn’t told anyone about it for 30 years.”
The Mumford & Sons frontman told GQ mag he hit “rock bottom” in 2019 and was struggling with alcohol and his eating habits.
He has since found a therapist who he opened up to about his ordeal, which has had a huge impact on his health.
FINDING a venue for the Eurovision Song Contest has proven to be a headache.
Producers need access for six to eight weeks ahead of May’s contest, which means shows will have to be cancelled in whichever city hosts it.
That could cause issues for Elton John, Andre Rieu and the Magic Mike live tour, all of whom have arena shows booked next spring.
