Is James Arthur doing X Factor: All Stars?

Unfortunately it looks like James won't be taking part in the newly-formatted shoe.

He told Metro: “I actually spoke to Simon about it but unfortunately I just don’t have the time.”

Though he did say he would be interested in taking on a judging role. He told the Mirror Online:

"I’d love to get involved but I wouldn’t want to be a contestant.

“I’m still signed to a record label so I don’t think it would be right for me to take part in that way, but I’d definitely be up for helping out in some way.”

He later admitted that if Simon wanted “a really honest judge” he would be more than happy to do it.
