Amanda Holden praises the NHS as she confirms her sister is set to make a full recovery after horrific car crash

AMANDA Holden has thanked NHS staff for saving her sister's life following a horrifying car accident last week.
The TV star rushed to Debbie's bedside in hospital following the accident in Cornwall, but Amanda has now revealed she is "out of danger".
She took to Twitter to praise the health service for taking such good care of her sister, who is now expected to make a "full recovery".
Amanda, 45, wrote: "Thank you for the kind messages re my Sister.
"We are delighted to say she is out of danger & going to make a full recovery. Long live the NHS."
The tweet came just days after driving instructor Debbie, 44, was left in critical condition following the serious road accident.
The Sun exclusively revealed that Amanda had rushed to Cornwall to be with her family at the hospital in the aftermath of the crash, which took place on Thursday morning.
An insider told us: "Amanda is in absolute agony. She’s very close to her sister.
"She immediately travelled to Cornwall to be with Debbie."

The crash happened just hours after Debbie attended Simon Cowell's 57th birthday party with her sister in London on Wednesday night.
Amanda and Debbie were not close as children due to their parents divorce and turbulent family life, but they became firm friends as adults.
Last year, Amanda was left frantic after Debbie was stranded on Mount Everest following the massive which hit Nepal.
The tremor devastated the region, killing nearly 9,000 people, but Debbie eventually made it to safety.
