Lydia Bright’s Towie co-star Chloe Lewis praises her for moving on from James Argent – despite slip-up in Marbella
The on/off couple ended up having a night of passion while filming the new series - but Lydia is determined they're over for good
DAN EDGAR and Chloe Lewis have heaped praise on their Towie co-star Lydia Bright for embracing the single life following her split from James Argent.
Lydia and Arg fuelled rumours that they may be getting back together after sleeping together while over in Marbella filming the latest series of the hit show last week.
However, Lydia's friend Chloe Lewis has insisted that the night was a one off mistake, saying that with a relationship like theirs, they just "fell back into it" and that she believed Lydia was "done" with Arg for good.
She told the : "She's doing really well for herself. I think she was in a really positive stage and she doesn't want to go back.
"She doesn't need to, she seems happier on her own."
Arg's housemate Dan Edgar agreed with the thought and added: "It was just a night when they'd both gone out and had a few drinks probably, a lot had been said that they hadn't said to each other in a while."

The tumultuous pair have had an on/off relationship for over seven years - with their troubled relationship being documented throughout the entire ITVBe show's run.
This appeared to come to a head during a showdown at a beach during the summer this year, when the pair met for the first time following Arg's relapse into cocaine addiction.
Lydia, who was in the process of moving in with him and planning a future, was heard saying that catching him in the act "made her despise him".
He was suspended by Towie bosses in 2014 for failing a drugs test but after a spell in rehab, he appeared to have turned life around and Lydia took him back.
Yet, as they returned to Marbella for the new series of the show, The Sun revealed that the pair ended up back in bed together - leaving Arg with the hope that they can get back on track after getting clean once again.
A source said: “Lydia can’t believe she fell for Arg’s charms once again.
“She puts it down to having a weak moment and deeply regrets leading him on.
“Arg was beaming afterwards, telling close pals it was a sure sign he was back in Lydia’s good books.
“But that’s certainly not the case.”
Catch The Only Way Is Essex, Sunday's on ITVBe.
