My leaky boobs put me off beauty operations for life, says Hollyoaks star Davinia Taylor
The actress only discovered her implants had leaked when she went to have them taken out recently
OOZING breast implants caused unsuspecting Davinia to pile on weight because her body reacted to the leakage by retaining water.
The actress, now 38, had her boobs boosted from a B-cup to an EE as a teenager and only discovered the problem recently after opting to get the implants taken out.
She said: “I decided to have them removed because I was feeling much too top-heavy.
“But when the surgeon took them out, he told me they had leaked badly and that a thick layer of skin had formed around it to protect me.
“I was holding loads of water weight because my body was reacting to the leakage.
"So as soon as they went, I lost weight overnight and felt so much better. I had tons of energy.”

The mum of four said the experience has made her want to warn others about the potential risks of cosmetic ops.
She explained: “I have no problem with people having plastic surgery.
“But I do find it bizarre we think it’s OK for women to have a foreign body put into them just for the sake of looking like Pamela Anderson.”
