GOGGLEBOX'S Amy Tapper has revealed just how much her body has changed in the past year in a new video.
The montage, documenting her weight loss journey so far, shows Amy sweating it out in the gym and preparing nutritious meals in the kitchen.
Reality star Amy does dips, planks, bicep curls and squats to help lose the pounds - and she keeps a smile on her face through it all.
As well has putting in hours at the gym, Amy has been following meal plan.
The body positive celeb isn't finished yet either, writing "to be continued" at the end of the clip.
And revealing how she's finding being single, Amy used Taylor Swift's track 22 to explain her feelings.

She danced as the lyrics "we're happy, free, confused and lonely at the same time" rang out.
The 22-year-old recently took her gym kit on holiday to Israel to make sure she keeps up her new routine after losing 2.5 stone.
Amy wrote "grind don't stop," before tagging in her trainer, Tash Elite Fitness.
She also posed in a cute black dress as she strolled the streets of Jerusalem.

Addressing her fitness drive, the reality TV star previously told The Sun: “Every person’s body is different and everyone’s metabolism is different.
“Over the past ten years I think I have come to a conclusion about what is best for me and what works for me. Before, I would lose 2st easily, then my body would just never budge after the 2st.
“It has been an ongoing battle but I think I have finally cracked the code.
“I am no professional but what works for me is fitting my diet around my life, rather than fitting me around a diet."
