Who is Trishna Thakrar? Meet The Apprentice 2016 candidate – here’s what we know
The self-confessed tomboy believes her charm will see her through
THIS Apprentice hopeful has already got rowdy with Lord Alan Sugar - when she joined a host of angry football fans for a series of chants demanding he resign as chairman from Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.
Recruitment agent Trishna Thakrar candidly lifted the lid on her gobby antics in a pre-show video for the BBC show, before admitting she was a "massive tomboy."
The Londoner added: "I have been since I was a little girl - I played football, watched football, I'm a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur.
"I was there when Alan Sugar was chairman and we were trying to get him out - we were standing outside and saying 'we want Sugar out, we want Sugar out'.
"I know how to charm both men and women - men, cause there's stuff that I like that men like.
"But with women I make them feel good about themselves - I've got that kind of thing they feel like I'm that geezer friend that they've got."
The blonde believes her blunt, honest attitude will see her through the competition as well as her charm.
This sees her admit she is sometimes sarcastic, and tells a couple of white lies, just to make people feel good about themselves.
Trishna currently works for an IT firm.
She has her eyes on Lord Sugar's top prize, and added: My only tactic is to be myself.
"This alone will make sure I win."
The Apprentice returns to our screens Thursdays at 9pm, the winning entrepreneur will receive a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar to help grow their business.
There are 18 candidates taking part in this series, nine men and nine women are competing for Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner’s approval, in the battle to become Lord Sugar’s next apprentice.
