GEMMA Collins looked amazing as she posed with fiance Rami Hawash during a romantic weekend in the country.

The 41-year-old flaunted her jaw-dropping weight loss in the new snap and admitted she was loving life in the sticks.

Wearing a floaty black dress, former Towie star Gemma beamed while cuddling up to Rami for the photo.

She captioned the post: "A Sunday we'll spent brings a week of content 💫 I'm really enjoying country life and it's definitely calming on the soul 💫."

Gemma recently revealed the secret to her weight loss - fat busting sessions in a cryotherapy chamber.

She said she had shifted the pounds by brief exposure to temperatures close to -200C.

She recently went for a naked session in a chamber and declared: "I want one in my house."

Also called cold therapy, it uses liquid nitrogen to reduce the air temperature to well below the lowest naturally recorded on Earth, a bone-chilling -89.2C in Antarctica in 1983.

It helps with various ailments and is said to get rid of up to 800 calories in a single five-minute, £100 session.

New chambers cost from £50,000 to £100,000.

Gemma also said she'd given up cakes, adding: "After working out you just think, that bit of cake, that's another hour doing squat thrusts with weights hell, no, it's not worth it."

Gemma started losing weight while training for Dancing On Ice.

The physical exertion mixed with a healthier diet meant the pounds dropped off of the reality starlet.

It has been reported that Gemma has lost a total of five stone in the past four years.
