Lauren Goodger hits back at ‘food shaming’ haters who mock her meal
The former Towie star has been fighting to get in shape but was mocked by trolls for her food choice
FORMER Towie star Lauren Goodger has hit back at cruel trolls who have mocked her food choices while she tries to lose weight.
The star, who has been open about her fight to get fit, posted a picture of her chicken salad dinner on Sunday night.
Clearly looking forward to tuck in, the star wrote next to it: "I'm starving!!!! feeding my muscles who wants skinny #legs #bum".
Some followers were quick to slam down her meal choice, which consisted on a cut up marinated chicken on a bed of salad covered in a ceaser dressing, while others made comments about her size.
One commenter wroter: "Every girl wants skinny legs Lauren. Don't blag it."
To which the reality star replied: "I don't want skinny legs I want toned! So not fat and soft I want thick legs that are strong #noblag love"
Another added: "Either a teaspoon off salad dressing or make your own there's lots off options you could use cottage cheese with chives ext or simply don't have a dressing!!!"
"Was just my personal opinion I've never heard that it was ok to have that much dressing on a salad when either losing fats or building muscle, I know fats are good but still certain ones should be used in moderation."

Defiant Lauren replied to them: "listen you can't tell me about diet and training ..... trusttttt"
However, others praised her choice and supported her decision to munch on the delicious looking meal, as well as slamming those who were attacking her.
One read: "Am I reading this correctly, all that for some salad dress? You look great Lauren, enjoy!"
Another also added: "This has made my night the salad dressing police in full force. who gives a f**k really doesn't even look like a lot of sauce."
A third agreed and said: "I think the strong not skinny attitude is the right one to have!! Who wants to look like an ironing board? Ya gotta #squatforabot!"
The Towie star has undergone a complete transformation since her time on Towie - becoming a fitness and health guru online in her quest to get a healthier looking body.
Last week, the 30-year-old posted a selfie of her in "full gym mode" with make-up running down her face following less-than-flattering photographs of her appearing online.
She wrote: "Ive been training extremely hard and I nearly feel as Amazing as I did on my DVD it works and I’m sticking to it not long now."
