Who is Oliver Nohl-Oser? Meet The Apprentice 2016 candidate – here’s what we know

The Wiltshire man owns a sausage factory, yet feels like a special agent in a suit

OLIVER Nohl-Oser is at the helm of a worldwide sausage-making factory - yet he feels JUST like special agent daredevil James Bond.

The foodie and film fan will use his business experience in the world of bangers to try to wow Lord Sugar during this series of The Apprentice.

Based in Wiltshire, the founder and director of the sausage distribution company sees his tasty treats transported across the UK and internationally.

Yet giving a glimpse at his personality, he told a pre-show video for the BBC: "Sometimes I feel like I'm James Bond when I'm in my suit."

offering a further insight into his humour he declared if he was an animal, he would be a pig, because he "knows them inside out."

He quipped: "They are always rustling around looking for new places to explore."

Back to business, he is adamant there is no such thing as "can't".

His willing attitude was drummed into him at a young age by his step-dad, and he has pledged honesty to be the best policy.

Yet the self-confessed "jolly good laugh" added he wouldn't be too matey while inside the show, instead choosing to keep his eyes on the prize.

Though it seems he isn't always as sweet as pie.

Oliver, 33, said: "I do have a temper which does flare up from time to time.

"For example a third party courier or haulier didn't do their job on time or they put a delivery on the wrong vehicle I can get pretty cross, it has been known.

"But I'm good at keeping my calm."

The Apprentice returns to our screens Thursdays at 9pm, the winning entrepreneur will receive a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar to help grow their business.

There are 18 candidates taking part in this series, nine men and nine women are competing for Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner’s approval, in the battle to become Lord Sugar’s next apprentice.
