Who is Michelle Niziol? Meet The Apprentice 2016 candidate – here’s what we know
The Oxfordshire-based businesswoman owns companies in lettings, mortgage and property
THIS savvy lady is a true property magnate, owning a trio of mortgage, housing and letting companies - and she's already promised to teach Lord Sugar "a few things" about women in business.
However, Michelle fell at the first hurdle - being fired from Team Nebula by Lord Sugar for her poor performance as project manager.
Oxfordshire-based Michelle Niziol has bluntly admitted she is a 100% workaholic.
Cocky and confident, she admitted her "relentless" schedule sees her beavering away up to 17 hours each day with a brutish confidence and dismissal of anyone who attempts to intimidate her.
She is also insistent she is NOT a kept women - preferring instead to be the source of her own cash and not rely on her other half.
Yet the blonde gave a hint at her more sensitive side, too, in her pre-show chat for the BBC.
Lifting the lid on her history, Michelle said: "From a very young age my dad had left my mum, so I brought up my sister.
"I put a roof over her head.
"Really my relentless drive for working is so I can always look after myself and my son."
She said: "I'm the work me, the husband doesn't like work me, and I'm the home me.
"That's really silly and fun and mum and all the rest of it.
"He (her husband) likes the ditzy blonde Chelley."
The Apprentice returns to our screens Thursdays at 9pm, the winning entrepreneur will receive a £250,000 investment from Lord Sugar to help grow their business.
There are 18 candidates taking part in this series, nine men and nine women are competing for Baroness Karren Brady and Claude Littner’s approval, in the battle to become Lord Sugar’s next apprentice.
