MICHELLE Heaton shared a series of shocking photos as she celebrated 14 months of being sober.
The Liberty X singer, who has been open about her devastating battle to overcome alcohol addiction, updated fans on her journey so far.
The star, 41, admitted she is a completely different woman now after getting help and support.
Showing the consequences of alcoholism, Michelle said she was previously plagued by fear and sadness.
Michelle posted snaps of her red puffy face and bloated stomach to urge others in a similar position to get help.
She wrote: "I continue to share my story because by sharing I might just help the still suffering addict!
"I’m just over 14 months, looking back at this person, I see fear, sadness, confusion, pain, and as that month went on I see hope, light, fight, and a desire to live.

"Whether you are the addict or a loved one of the addict, there is hope! If I can do it so can you!"
Michelle explained that she still attends meetings as part of her rehabilitation.
"I follow a 12 step program, regularly attend my meetings and help others to achieve sobriety like I have," she continued.
"I have a life now I could never have imagined, a life without fear!

Michelle's honest post comes after she appeared on Loose Women last month.
She was overcome with emotion as she read aloud a note her hubby Hugh Hanley sent to her when she was in The Priory last year, where he said she was "a liar" and "untrustworthy".
The letter also revealed the impact her drinking had on the couple's kids, Faith, 10, and AJ, eight.
Michelle was celebrating being one year sober after her alcoholism left her on the brink of death.
Michelle broke down when she read a line from Hugh which said: "Your addictive behaviour has robbed me of my wife and the kids of their mummy."
Fortunately, Michelle said she feels "very strong" now and has rebuilt her relationship with her husband and kids.
"Kids are very forgiving," she smiled, explaining that she and Hugh told their kids that she is "allergic" to alcohol to help them understand her struggle.
