Who are Bratavio?

Bradley Hunt and Ottavio Columbro are a singing duo known as Bratavio.

They became household names during their second attempt on the X Factor in 2016, after previously auditioning during Rylan Clark Neal's year in 2012.

The duo originally auditioned as Cosmic Riot, before dropping it to become Ottavio and Bradley, before finally settling on Bratavio.

Their first audition left a lasting impression after they nearly refused to perform over an argument about pink chicken, but rather controversially they ended up going through to the live shows.

Louis' decision to take them through to the live show over girl group 4 of Diamonds was met with heavy criticism - with some calling for him to be sacked.

During their time on the show they came under fire by show bosses who told them to behave after partying heavily - and were told they would get the chop if they didn't clean up their act.

The pair - who became known for their amazing stage costumes - lost their place on the X Factor after their first week of live shows.

Where did Bratavio come from?

Bratavio are no amateurs when it comes to reality TV, and have appeared in several prominent TV shows both together and separately.

The pair, who met at university, have featured on Channel 4 travel show Coach Trip, and Ottavio previously auditioned for X Factor alongside Rylan Clark-Neal back in 2012.

Bradley has turned to reality TV in a bid to find love not once, but twice - and starred in Vicky Pattison fronted programme Strip Date last year as well as How To Pull back in 2015.

The pair have since come forward about their time on Coach Trip, and say they were booted from the show after homophobic bullying.

Despite their close bond, the pair insist they have never become an item - but nearly got together one night at uni after they got "wasted".

Bradley also previously worked in an American diner in Coventry, inspiring one of their song choices Milkshake by Kelis.

What have they been up to since The X Factor?

Since The X Factor the boys have both been trying to launch solo careers.

Bradley released a track called Side Dish, while Ottavio knocked out one called I Don't Wanna Be Us.

In 2017, they were rumoured to be taking part in Celebrity Big Brother, but never appeared on the show.

The following year, in 2018, they appeared on a celebrity special of The Jeremy Kyle show.
