KATIE Price has today DODGED jail after sending a "gutter s**g" text to her ex Kieran Hayler's fiancee.
The reality star, 43, breached a restraining order after sharing the "vile and nasty" message aimed at Michelle Penticost.
Katie admitted the charge at Lewes Crown Court last month in a huge U-turn after previously denying it at magistrates court.
She has now dodged jail despite a judge warning she was "at risk" of going to prison.
The ex-glamour model, who smiled as she left the dock today, could have been jailed for a maximum of five years for breaching the restraining order.
Katie was instead handed an 18-month community order, 170 hours unpaid work and £1,500 costs.
She had earlier launched into a foul-mouthed outburst at reporters outside Lewes Crown Court when asked if she was going to jail.

Speaking after the sentencing, a spokesperson for Kieran and Michelle said: “We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today’s court hearing.
“We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price’s offending.”
The reality star spent 12 hours in police custody after being arrested at her mucky mansion in January.
She messaged Kieran: "Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.

"She has a restraining order so shouldn't try to antagonise me as she is in breach and I'm sure she doesn't want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g."
Sentencing, Judge Stephen Mooney said the offence was "committed out of anger" and branded the words "highly offensive and inflammatory".
In an emotional victim impact statement, Michelle said she fears Katie will attack her and worries for her son.
The mum added: "The impact of what Katie has done is very upsetting, I feel threatened and intimidated.
"I feel demoralised and not wanting to go out. The language used made me feel scared. I felt it was an attack on me.
"The consequences are I feel she will attack me. I felt by having a restraining order it would make me feel safe but by someone breaching it it has made me feel very vulnerable."
Nicholas Hamblin, representing Katie, said she had been under a "misunderstanding" that the restraining order "worked both ways".
He also claimed she was "over-reacting as she felt she was being criticised".
Mr Hamblin added: "Katie didn't start it".
The court was told she has struggled with a "depressive disorder and anxiety" and sought help from the Priory.
Katie is already on a 16-week suspended sentence for drink driving after she flipped her BMW in a horror smash in September.
A person can be recalled to prison for the length of their suspended sentence if they were to breach the terms of their licence.
Usually a court will focus on the new crime that has been committed when sentencing and take the original term into consideration as an aggravating feature.
In this case, Katie could have been jailed for five years with the 16 weeks running concurrently or potentially on top of the main sentence.
TROUBLED STAR
Katie was slapped with the five-year order in 2019 after she called Michelle a "f***ing c***" during a tirade at the school gates.
She was forbidden from contacting Michelle "directly or indirectly".
The charge is the latest twist in the troubled star's turbulent life.
She was recently charged with speeding in her BMW on a 60mph road and will appear in court for that offence in July.
In December, Katie avoided jail for flipping her car in a drink-drive crash.
Katie was driving to see a pal because she was "lonely" when she overturned her BMW in Horsham, West Sussex, in September.
A judge slammed her for believing she is "above the law" but couldn't send her to prison because of a legal loophole.
'ABOVE THE LAW'
Sentencing, District Judge Amanda Kelly said: "When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others.
"You could have killed somebody. Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time.
"You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time.
"You seem to think you are above the law."
The judge also said Price, who has six previous driving convictions, had "one of the worst driving records I have ever seen".
She has been in court on at least 16 occasions for her driving offences but has never once been to jail.
Katie and Kieran wed in January 2013 and share two children, Bunny, 5, and six-year-old Jett.
