George and Amal Clooney join Hugh Jackman and Michael Douglas on red carpet for star-studded charity event
Hollywood power couple recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary
BRANGELINA may be no more, but at least there's still George and Amal Clooney.
The Hollywood power couple looked as loved up as ever at a charity event in Los Angeles on Saturday, four days after their second wedding anniversary.
Oscar winner George was hosting the event, called Hollywood's Night Under the Stars — a fundraiser in aid of the Motion Picture and Television Fund Foundation.
The foundation offers assistance to people working in film and television with limited resources.
Fifty-five-year-old George looked smart in a dark grey suit over a grey shirt, while human rights lawyer Amal, 38, was stunning in a black crop top with cut-out shoulders and high-waisted cream trousers with a floral print.
The couple were joined at the glamorous bash by Wolverine actor Hugh Jackman, as well as Hollywood legend Michael Douglas.
Hugh, 47, cut a dashing figure in a grey suit and a white shirt, while 72-year-old Michael looked sharp in a black suit, a white shirt and a dark grey tie.
Hugh's actress wife Deborra-Lee Furness was not present, nor was Michael's wife Catherine Zeta-Jones.
George and Amal recently attended the United Nations General Assembly in New York City together, where Amal blasted UK Prime Minister Theresa May for not taking in more refugees.
She also urged the PM to take more of a leadership role in pressing the UN to take action against ISIS for human rights violations.
Amal is currently mounting a legal case against ISIS on behalf of 23-year-old Nadia Murad, who was kidnapped and used as a sex slave by the terrorist group.
