Eagle-eyed social media users flocked to Instagram to comment on the missing part of the model's anatomy.
Katie, 44, looked glam in her all black tight top that clung to her toned figure, and matched it with dark baggy bottoms.
She clung onto her huge designer bag in the shot, and left her long hair loose to fall over her shoulders.
At first glance it seemed the reality TV star was made-up perfectly.
However, after closer inspection, fans soon noticed something was missing.

Another added: "Where's your nose gone?."
A third added: "Enough with the filters !"
Meanwhile Katie has been slammed by fans for posting a heavily filtered video of her seven-year-old daughter.
