OZZY Osbourne's ex-mistress Michelle Pugh has settled her lawsuit with the rocker's daughter Kelly Osbourne.
The hairdresser - who had a three-year affair with the Black Sabbath front man - filed legal papers against Kelly after the 31-year-old launched an online attack soon after the secret romance came to light, revealing Michelle's phone number in the process.
Kelly tweeted at the time: "Anyone looking for cheap chunky LOW-lights a blow out and a blowjob call *********** (sic).
“My father is almost 70 ever heard of elder abuse?”
Michelle's lawyer F. Edie Mermelstein told People magazine: "The tweets have been removed and the lawsuit has been privately resolved. The resolution statement is mutual."It is not yet known how the settlement was reached or what was involved.
In the original documents, Michelle had also taken aim at her 67-year-old former lover, who has been married to X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne for more than 30 years, saying he wooed her with "false promises and false representations".
However, she added that she had no regrets about the affair, saying: "You happen to meet someone and you have an amazing connection and it's not desirable to act upon it. End of story.
"Do I realise that certain people will not understand? Yes. I am not asking for anyone's approval.
"Love is never a mistake. Even when it's messy and even when it hurts."
Following the news of his affair being made public, Ozzy signed up for therapy to deal with his sex addiction.
A spokesman for Ozzy told People at the time: “Over the last six years, Ozzy Osbourne has been dealing with a sex addiction.
“He is sorry if Ms. Pugh took their sexual relationship out of context.
“He would like to apologize to the other women he has been having sexual relationships with.
“Out of the bad comes good. Since his relationship with Ms. Pugh was exposed, Ozzy has gone into intense therapy.”
“Ozzy is mortified at what his behaviour has done to his family. He thanks God that his incredible wife Sharon is at his side to support him.”
