Nicole covered herself from head to toe in mud – which is said to draw out impurities from the skin and help relax sore muscles.

She was later seen taking a shower on holiday in Formentera.

After hosing the mud off, Nicole changed into a £177 white bikini and went to eat with ex-rugby player boyfriend Thom Evans, 37.

Nicole jetted off after appearing at the Jubilee open top bus parade celebrations in London.
