Lauren Goodger looks exhausted as she heads out in gym gear in Essex after revealing she’s ‘training hard’ to get DVD body back

REALITY babe Lauren Goodger looked exhausted as she was out and about in Essex in gym clothes.
She was spotted heading out in her white Mercedes before popping in for a sunbed session to top up her golden tan
The star, who celebrated her thirtieth birthday this week, was dressed casually in a long sleeved grey top, black leggings and Nike trainers, teamed with a glam furry gilet.
Initially having letting her long hair tumble down her back, the brunette then tied it up in a top knot.
Despite the relaxing tanning session, the Essex beauty looked down in the dumps as she went about her business for the day.

Lauren recently announced on Instagram that she was hitting the gym again after being unimpressed by some recent paparazzi shots of herself.
Sharing a post-gym selfie, Lauren told her followers: "This is one of the hardest targets to date, since seeing bad pap pics lately even though I don't agree I look like that at all.
"Ive been training extremely hard and I nearly feel as Amazing as I did on my DVD it works and I'm sticking to it not long now."
She also told fans: "When I train, I train hard."
Lauren stunned fans when she lost a staggering four stone back last December and launched her own fitness DVD OMG! Workout.
However after piling on the pounds again, Lauren is determined to get back to what she looked like before.

Writing in her new! column this month she said: "They say you should stick a picture of someone who is your body idol on your fridge - my DVD is mine!
"My goal is to continue losing weight ready for when I start filming TOWIE, and I think I'm going to do it. The camera adds 10lbs so I want to look and feel my best."
She also revealed she had already lost six pounds.
Lauren hasn't had a great week, as she was turned away from her own birthday party at a posh London club on Monday.
The Towie star claims “rude” staff snubbed her at upmarket venue Drama, so she went to DSTRKT instead — where she wound up dropping £690 on vodka.
The boozy night out left Lauren worse for the wear the next day, but she decided to “suck it up” and go for a meal out with family and friends, saying: “It turned out to be a really good weekend.”
