The Made In Chelsea girl said that she is thinking long-term about him and is smitten.
Former TOWIE star Joey Essex is a dream boyfriend, according to the American.
And one of his top qualities? He treats her very well.
Speaking to the at the Claireabella Love You launch party in London, the blonde beauty admitted that she knows he’s for keeps.
She gushed over him: “He's been the first boyfriend I have been with that hasn't hinted at me to change, which is a real big thing.
“I just know I want to be with him.”
Hinting that she’s found past relationships mentally draining on her confidence, she opened up about self worth and how it is different with Joey.
“When you're in a relationship you need to realise guys can almost be a bully to your body confidence.
“I've only realised that looking back. You've got to be mature to get into a relationship.
“If you live on a man's compliments, you will die on his criticisms.”
The US beauty looked preened to perfection at the fashion event in a peach-coloured skirt, metallic jumper and strappy nude heels.
She accessorised with a huge beehive-inspired hair, hoop earrings and gold jewellery.
Also at the event was presenter Lisa Snowdon who opted for a black and pink star dress and heels - and is rumoured to being lined up for the new series of I'm A Celeb.
But Stephanie hasn't always been so body-confident.
She admitted she didn't always feel in control and strong.
The 30-year-old explained how it had developed over time and through her career.
She said: “I got my confidence when I moved to the UK. I got all my confidence through working.
“Ever since the age of 13 I have struggled with self-esteem. I was always a tomboy.
