MUM-of-five Katie Price has recalled the terrifying moment she thought she’d killed her former best friend Jane Pountney.
Katie attacked Jane when she caught her embroiled in a sexual act with husband Kieran Hayler while they were on holiday 2014.
Speaking about the moment she caught them, during An Evening With Katie Price, she said: “I saw these two silhouettes and as I got closer I could see it was Jane and Kieran.
“She was w*****g him off and they were kissing.
“I stood there for 30 seconds thinking ‘Oh my God,’ and then I grabbed the back of her head and pulled it right back and I heard her neck crick.
“She didn’t move and I thought, ‘F**k, have I murdered her?’”
An emotional Katie went on to explain she’d only continued when she realised Jane wasn’t really hurt, adding: “Kieran standing there like a dirty b*****d zipping his f*****g c**k up and then she started moving.
“I went, ‘I knew it, you f*****g s**g. I f*****g knew it and I’m pregnant.’”
38-year-old Katie likened the scenes after her shock discovery to the film My Best Friend’s Wedding, telling the audience at her talk in Gateshead that she ran from the beach screaming at Kieran.
Although Katie hasn’t shown remorse for the attack on Jane, she recalled the moment she punched her and knocked out her tooth, admitting she struggled to comprehend her actions at the time.
She explained: “You’re punching but in your head you are like, ‘You’re punching your best friend what are you doing?’ but at the same time you just caught her with your husband.
“It’s so weird it is like I want to punch you but I don’t want to hurt you. It is just confusing.”
Katie also used the evening as an opportunity to speak further about Kieran’s experience having therapy for a sex addiction but revealed one expert deemed him “untreatable”.
She explained: “We flew a guy over from Gibraltar who deals with rapists and psychopaths and
he spent the whole weekend with him and said: ‘Look he is untreatable’ – that is how bad he was.
“Things happened to him as a kid and it wasn’t normal. He was f****d basically and had a sex addiction. I didn’t believe it before. There are reasons I stayed with him and it is the best thing I ever did.”
