In October 2018 it was revealed that she had gone back to work, and had landed a job as an estate agent.
However by December 2018 she revealed she had been sacked and told The Sun: “They didn’t realise how famous I am.”
She revealed she was axed by bosses who gave her an ultimatum to quit her hip hop ambitions and focus full-time on the property business.

Yes! Honey G fans will be thrilled to know that the novelty rapper will be returning to the stage that made her famous when she takes part in the X Factor: All Stars.
Speaking about her return she told The Sun her returning to the ITV show is what “the people want”.
Honey said: “I tick all the boxes.
“Give the people what they want and what the people want is Honey G.
“Nobody wants to see anyone sing a power ballad. My prediction is if they do that they'll stick with the low ratings.
“I think I am their best shot at getting Christmas No1.”
How did Honey G do on The X Factor first time round?
Honey G rose to prominence on the thirteenth series of The X Factor in 2016 starring as one of the Over 25s and mentored by Sharon Osbourne.
After auditioning (she sang Work It by Missy Elliott in her first audition) Honey was given the boot from the show during the six-chair challenge - however, she was brought back for Judges' Houses when contestant Ivy-Grace Parades was unable to travel to Los Angeles due to visa issues.
Sharon ultimately chose Honey as one of her final contestants.
Honey was voted off the show in week 9 - but returned to perform in the live final the following week and sparked controversy when she revealed she had already been signed by Simon Cowell to his Syco record label and would be releasing her debut single, The Honey G Show, soon after.
The single was released on December 23, 2016 but was a chart flop.
During her time on The X Factor, Honey proved to be a divisive contestant with some labelling her a novelty act, but others (including rap legend Snoop Dogg) branded her a credible rapper.

Honey G's real name is Anna Georgette Gilford, 38, and she was born on March 12, 1981.
The star is from Harrow in North London - which she refers to as "North Weezy" while in character.
Honey attended an exclusive grammar school, Dr Challoner’s in Buckinghamshire, where she was captain of her tennis team - with Amal Clooney attending the same school.
Her mum was a classical pianist, her dad a dentist.
Honey's own wealth is not yet known as she has struggled to find chart success - and her former business was revealed to be in October 2016.

In an exclusive interview with The Sun, the rap queen revealed that she is a lesbian.
In an exclusive interview, she told Dan Wootton: “I have dabbled with men before, but I’m gay and looking for a female partner that I want to settle down with.”
But she also had relationships with men, explaining: “I have been with men in the past. But after I had my second experience with a woman I decided that I wanted to be with women."

When will X Factor: All Stars be on TV?
