SINGING DUO'S 'GAY SLUR' UPSET

X Factor’s Bradley and Ottavio ‘were voted off Coach Trip because of castmates’ homophobic bullying’

The most annoying couple are voted off the show each week - but Bradley claims he saw text messages plotting to 'get those gays out'

GROUP contestants Bradley and Octavio have claimed they were voted off Channel 4’s Coach Trip because of homophobic bullying.

The pair were taking part in the show that sees the most annoying guest couple voted off at the end of the episode.

But the boys, who were previously called Cosmic Riot before gaining a place at LOUIS WALSH’s Judges House, claim a secret group message went round saying “get those two gays out”.

Speaking at Louis’ Ibizan villa, Octavio explained: “Bradley found out that one of the contestants had a WhatsApp group and all the other couples were in it apart from me and Bradley.

“Bradley caught one of them having a conversation and they said ‘Let’s get those two gays out. Let’s get the gays out next’.

“I kicked off with the producer. I said ‘Get the series producer right now’. At the end of the day it is cheating. Everyone got a yellow card.”

The show’s host BRENDAN SHEERIN told all the couples off, but after a second round of voting, the boys were still eliminated from the show in 2014.

Octavio added: “The last coach vote I got called horrible names. They compared me to the devil.

“They were like ‘You’re going nowhere love’. We have not kept in touch with any of them.”

I’m sure the X Factor judges will be much kinder.

A Coach Trip spokesperson: “Coach Trip treats allegations of bullying and discrimination very seriously and the production team feel there was no evidence to support allegations of any such behaviour at the time of filming.”
