"At 10:53p Sunday evening Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is cooperating fully with authorities," Robinson's statement said.
According to , the arrest affidavit said that the singer was on the roof of Eric Church's Chief’s Bar — which is six stories above Broadway — around 10:45 p.m. on April 7 when witnesses allegedly saw him pick up a chair and throw it over the roof, laughing about it afterward.
Per the affidavit, two Metro Nashville Police Department officers said the chair landed three feet away from them.
Authorities talked with bar staff and witnesses and reviewed security footage, all of which confirmed Wallen's alleged actions, per the affidavit.
