Lauren Goodger shares sweaty gym selfie with make-up running down her face as she hits out against ‘bad pap pics’
Reality star getting in shape after recent unflattering photos and cruel online jibes
LAUREN Goodger is back in the gym after seeing unflattering photos of herself, and has admitted to fans this is one of her "hardest targets to date."
The reality star, 30, posted a picture of herself in full gym mode with make-up running down her face in a bid to silence critics who have cruelly targeted her apparent weight gain.
In a pouting selfie that showcased all the hard work she has been doing in the gym revealing her leaner figure, Lauren hit out at unflattering pictures she has seen of herself recently.
She wrote to her followers: “Sunday afternoon gym session when I train I trainnnnn hard, this is one of the hardest targets to date, since seeing bad pap pics lately even though I don't agree I look like that at all, Ive been training extremely hard and I nearly feel as Amazing as I did on my DVD it works and I'm sticking to it not long now.” (sic)
Over the past year Lauren has gone for a complete image overhaul, losing four stone and slimming down to a trim size eight, and also embracing a more natural look by removing her lip fillers - a move that has won countless compliments from fans.
However after releasing a fitness DVD and following a strict health regime, the Essex native recently revealed that she has gone up to a size 12 and is addicted to sweet treat Pop Tarts.
“If I want something sweet I’ll have dates and yogurt," shared Lauren.
"But I’m addicted to Pop Tarts!”
She wrote in her new! magazine column earlier this month: “They say you should stick a picture of someone who is your body idol on your fridge - my DVD is mine!
“My goal is to continue losing weight ready for when I start filming TOWIE, and I think I'm going to do it.
“The camera adds 10lbs so I want to look and feel my best.
"Yes, I've gained a few pounds but everyone fluctuates in weight - even Victoria's Secret models!
“I’m not as skinny as I was when I released my DVD at the start of the year, but I’m certainly not as big as I was either!"
She added: “I don’t care about having to be a size 8, it’s about how I feel.”
