He shared a sweet video of himself running into the room screaming "we're f***ing pregnant!"

The delighted happy couple gave their followers a look at the sonogram.

Brian told of how overjoyed he and his Dancing With the Stars husband are to finally be welcoming a child into the world after their surrogacy struggle.

He said they have been keeping it a secret for the last few months and looked forward to meeting "Baby Dowling Gourounlian".

He captioned the heartwarming video: "It COMPLETELY FILLS OUR HEARTS @gourounlian to be able to reveal we are PREGNANT & due to [welcome] our BEAUTIFUL bundle of joy later this year.

"We actually never thought this day would be a reality for us. We fully realise and understand how lucky and blessed we are for this to be happening.

"For a lot of us out there and especially people from our community we have to fight harder and push harder for what others consider to be something that can be achieved easily.

"Myself and Arthur have been keeping the BIGGEST secret the past few months but it’s put the BIGGEST SMILES in our HEARTS and on our FACES.

"We can’t wait to meet you, hug you and LOVE YOU for the rest of our lives. Baby Dowling Gourounlian is on the way people".

Brian's friends and followers flooded the comment section to congratulate him and Arthur.

One said: "Crying! again. What a lucky baby. Can not wait to meet this little angel, love you guys".

A second wrote: "OMG - CONGRATULATIONS to you both. You’re going to be the most amazing parents".

Another commented: "We are so ready for this! So excited for you both! MASSIVE CONGRATS!"

BABY STRUGGLE

Big Brother winner Brian and top choreographer Arthur tied the knot back in 2015, and moved to LA for a time after getting married.

They've been very open about their "rollercoaster” journey as they tried to become parents.

The couple had started looking into adoption in the States before they moved back to Ireland during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020.

The 41-year-old previously told the Irish Sun: “When we were in LA we tried for adoption and because of me being a refugee I said to Brian, in the beginning I want to build a family.

“My dream was to have three boys. I said, ‘Listen I can’t justify paying so much money to the surrogacies. I just can’t picture myself spending that much money so why don’t we adopt? Because there are so many kids and they would love our help’.

“And when we were trying in LA it was going really well - and then thank you Covid.”

The couple moved back to Ireland to be nearer Brian’s family, who they are extremely close to.

He added: “Brian and I, when we moved back, we really wanted to adopt in Ireland.

"But we got some doors shut down in our faces because being gay first of all or there’s not enough kids to adopt in Ireland or if you want to adopt in Ireland, we will be the last on the list for gay and the age. And there are so many things and it’s really hard for us. It felt really heavy.”
