KATIE Price is facing more legal woes after ex-husband Kieran Hayler reported her to police.
Katie, 43, was slammed by personal trainer Kieran yesterday after she posted a video showing their son, Jett, riding in a moving car without a seatbelt on.
And now, Kieran’s rep tells The Sun that he’s contacted the police about it.
“Kieran has spoken to the authorities as this isn’t the first incident,” his rep says.
An insider revealed: “His children’s safety is the most important thing.”
Over the weekend, former glamour model Katie posted a video of her eight-year-old son in the back of a moving car while he recorded a TikTok.
There was no belt visible above the colourful green T-shirt that he was wearing - risking a £500 fine as a seatbelt is a legal requirement.
It’s the latest in a series of legal issues for Katie, who today was warned she is in "grave danger" of going to jail if she is convicted of sending a "gutter s**g" text to her ex Kieran about his fiancee.
The reality star was charged with breaching a restraining order after allegedly sending the foul-mouthed message aimed at Kieran Hayler's partner Michelle Penticost.
She has now pleaded not guilty to the charge at Crawley Magistrates' Court.

A person can be recalled to prison for the length of their suspended sentence if they were to breach the terms of their licence.
Usually a court will focus on the new crime that has been committed when sentencing and take the original term into consideration as an aggravating feature.
In this case, Katie could be jailed for five years with the 16 weeks running concurrently or potentially on top of the main sentence.
