Supermodel Gigi packs a punch in the gym – and even keeps her heels on

GIGI Hadid packed quite a punch when she was forced to physically defend herself on Thursday when serial prankster Vitalii Sediuk tried to pick her up as she she walked to her car after a fashion show in Milan.
Proving she's not one to be messed with, the supermodel struck him with her elbow as she tried to get away from him.
The 21-year-old is known for her athleticism and as this video shows, she's well able to pack a punch , even with her heels on.
In the clip, Gigi can be seen giving it socks as she boxes a punching bag.
She didn't leave the glamour at home though as she sported wet look leggings and black heeled boots for her intense workout.
Sporting a fitted tshirt and wearing her long blonde locks in a bun at the top of her head, Gigi worked up a sweat during her boxing session.
Following the terrifying incident that saw her fighting back after lifted from the ground by the strange man, Gigi took to Twitter to thank her trainer.
She tweeted: "Thanked my boxing coach today."
She then added: "GIRLS, prepare yourselves so that, if you ever feel in danger, MUSCLE MEMORY can fight back for you. Thank you all so much for ur support. (sic)"
The blonde beauty also responded to a fan on Twitter to say that Vitalii was lucky her boyfriend Zayn Malik wasn't there.
When someone asked where Zayn was, she responded: "That guy should prob take some time away from icing his jaw tonight to count his lucky stars that Z wasn't there....."
The California native recently spoke to Harper's Bazaar about her love of the sport and said: "I rode horses and played volleyball back home, so when I came to New York it was hard for me to just go to the gym.
"I need to have a sport that wakes me up and that I can get better at, and boxing does that for me.
"My boxing trainer has become my coach. The coach-player thing has been really important my whole life."
Meanwhile, sources close to the top model told TMZ that Gigi isn't planning on sacking her security team after the incident.
The insider said that Gigi "believes the guy was only able to grab her from behind because her bodyguards thought he was a friend of hers or Bella Hadid".
It's believed the security team were hired temporarily to escort her during Milan Fashion Week and are not part of her regular crew.
Afterwards Gigi tweeted: “I'm a HUMAN BEING – and had EVERY RIGHT to defend myself.
“How dare that idiot thinks he has the right to man-handle a complete stranger. He ran quick tho…”
The model has been in Milan to take part in various fashion shows.
Over the last few weeks Gigi has worked back-to-back gigs in London and New York.
Gigi only landed in Italy on Tuesday and has spent most of her time in Milan working.
But she's made time for fun too, as the 21-year-old was spotted out partying with Bella, with fellow models Hailey Baldwin and Stella Maxwell joining in the fun, earlier in the week.

This isn't the first time Gigi has suffered an incident like this as last year, she was forced to flee her New York apartment after a stalker managed to get past the security and almost made it to her home.
An insider said: "She was scared.
"He’s very delusional, he was muttering to himself in the precinct.
"He was saying stuff like, ‘She needs me.’
"He’d wait for her outside her building for long stretches of time."
