THANDIWE Newton has revealed she's in hospital following her split with her husband and subsequent pleas for her to enter rehab.
The Hollywood star, 49, took to her Instagram to reveal a mishap with some glass as she sat in the emergency room.
The Sun exclusively revealed the actress' break-up from Ol Parker, her partner of 24 years, last weekend.
She revealed how her luck had taken another bad turn as she wrote: "In ER cause I got some stupid bit of glass in my foot."
Thandiwe then added: "Ouch though."
She included an image of a woman being wrapped in a blanket as she told followers that, from her hospital chair, she was "witnessing a tender moment between mother and son."

The Westworld actress' confession came after she broke her silence following her split from Ol.
He has since been seen without his wedding band.
In a mysterious post on her social media, Thandiwe uploaded a snap of a white strappy dress by designer Zoe Buckman.
It featured wording embroidered up the side seams in gold thread, before the phrase: "Do we hate our women," was stitched on the centre panel.
Thandiwe added no further words to the post, save to tag the designer so fans could buy the statement garment.

Last week The Sun told how she had been involved in a row on the set of Magic Mike’s Last Dance with her co-star Channing Tatum.
She was replaced in the unspecified role by 55-year-old Salma Hayek.

“She fired her UK agent of three decades, and then her US agent Gaby Morgerman flew in from Los Angeles to try to calm things down.”
