BROOKLYN Beckham took being a groom to a new level yesterday — as he carried his pup around before marrying fiancee Nicola Peltz in the celebrity wedding of the year.

The 23-year-old, who is David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son, tied the knot with billionaire heiress Nicola, 27, on the ocean-front lawn of her family’s £76million estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

The lavish ceremony is thought to have cost around £3million.

It came after ex-England star David told Nicola in a pre-wedding party speech on Friday:  “We love you so much. We are excited that you’ll be part of the family. You’re an amazing person.”

The newlyweds were joined  by an array of A-listers who had gathered for the three-day  spectacular, including Gordon Ramsay, 55, tennis champ Serena Williams, 40, and actress Eva Longoria, 47.

Others on the guest list included  Spice Girls Melanie Brown, 46, and Melanie Chisholm, 48, supermodels Gigi Hadid, 26, and Gisele Bundchen, 41, former footballer Phil Neville, 45, and Brooklyn’s god- father Dave Gardner, 44.

One  guest described the double ceremony — designed to mark the Catholic faith of Nicola’s mum Claudia and the  Judaism of her  dad Nelson — as “touching” and “emotional”.

They said: “It was a very special occasion with lots of personal touches. Brooklyn and Nicola clearly put a lot of thought and effort into making the day as special as possible.

“They both looked stunning, and  very much in love.
“Both of their families are very proud of them and  delighted to see them so happy.”

Yesterday morning, Brooklyn — who will take Peltz as his middle name — was seen travelling to a nearby house in a golf buggy  in a white pyjama-style outfit, with his white bichon frise dog, Label.

Little sister Harper, ten, who was dressed in a white robe with blue frills, was dropped off at the same house by a black Cadillac Escalade at midday.

And brother Cruz, 17, was seen climbing into a red car in the mansion grounds soon after, dressed casually in a blue jumper and jogging bottoms.

Meanwhile, preparations were still ongoing in the marquees, where staff were seen setting up gold and white tables and chairs and putting the finishing touches to the flooring and lights.

Band equipment was also visible, ready for the reception entertainment. Musicians could be heard rehearsing salsa music. Ahead of the 4.30pm start, hundreds of  guests  in  black tie were seen arriving at the expansive property.

A nervous-looking Brooklyn then made his arrival, flanked by his groomsmen, brothers Romeo, 19, and Cruz, and supported by parents David, 46, and Victoria, 47.

Once the gathered guests  were  seated, Nicola   made her entrance in a gown by Pierpaolo Piccioli at Valentino — one of three made for her for the celebrations.

Another guest said: “Nicola looked absolutely stunning — and Brooklyn was blown away.” Following the ceremony, sources say  guests were treated to limitless bottles of £200 Bollinger at a champagne reception held in the garden marquees, one of which featured steps down to the ocean.

The tables and furniture were supplied by Pablo Oliveira at Nuage Designs, who looked after Chelsea Clinton’s nuptials, while flowers — including 400 orchids costing £50,000  — were said to have been sourced by Rishi Patel at HMR Designs.

Hundreds of dollars’ worth of white hydrangeas and green cymbidiums were supplied by Flowers of Worth Avenue, one of Nicola’s favourite florists.

And Miami chef Thierry Isambert, who has previously cooked for former US president Bill Clinton, is understood to have designed and delivered the luxury menu.

Following the dinner, guests then partied the night away to a series of musical acts — including Jennifer Lopez’s former husband and Latin star Marc Anthony and DJ Fat Tony.  Rapper Snoop Dogg also  performed.

The ceremony — which even eclipsed the Beckhams’ 1999 Golden Thrones nuptials — came  after  a welcome celebration for guests on Friday.

This event, which began at 7pm and had a “festive cocktail” dress code, saw guests lavished with cocktails and champagne while dance music and pop anthems such as George Michael’s Freedom and All That She Wants by Ace of Base blasted out for hours.

A generous barbecue was also put on to soak up some of the evening’s excesses.

Brooklyn’s brothers Romeo and Cruz praised the groom to be, telling of their pride in “the man he has become”.

Nicola’s brother and Man of Honour, Brad, injected some humour, telling him: “Welcome to the family. Rule Number One: Happy wife, happy life.”

Aspiring chef Brooklyn opted to wear an all-white suit and matching shoes to the do, in a  nod to   dad David  who wore an all-white suit to marry Victoria.

David sported a black jacket with flared black trousers, with fashion designer Victoria wearing a black maxi dress.

Romeo’s girlfriend Mia Regan, 19, broke strict “no phone” rules around the event by posting Instagram snaps of the couple in their party outfits.

The boozy welcome event was also captured by an official Vogue photographer, with Brooklyn wrapping his arms around Nicola to pose for shots during the evening.

After the do, mum  Victoria took to Instagram to share snaps of the family in Miami, writing: “An exciting weekend ahead of us! Kisses from Miami.”

The couple’s three-day celebration will end today with a “casual” brunch for guests, also held at the sprawling Florida estate.

Our source added: “It should be a lovely way to finish off a fantastic weekend.” Days before their nuptials the pair admitted in an interview with Vogue that they both had some last minute nerves.

The couple met at Coachella Music Festival in April 2017 and went public with their relationship in November 2019 after they were pictured hugging.
