Great British Bake Off star Candice Brown rivals Mel and Sue with her innuendos in Pastry Week
CANDICE BROWN is rapidly coming to rival MEL and SUE in the innuendo stakes.
Tonight, talking about her Showstopper Bake sausage, black pudding and apple filo pastries, she tells the hosts "It's good to get your hands in and give your sausages a good squeeze."
It's almost like Candice us doing it on purpose.
Her quips help to break the tension as the show rolls into its ever-stressful Pastry Week.
The first meltdown comes from aerospace engineer ANDREW SMYTH when he forgets to turn on the oven to cook his Bakewell tart in the Technical Bake.

Just 20 minutes before presenting his tart to judges MARY and PAUL the very polite Andrew shouts: "It's not cooking! That's unfortunate.
"It means it's been in there for 15 minutes doing nothing."
Meanwhile amidst the speculation regarding judges move to Channel 4, X Factor boss SIMON COWELL has offered to create a new format to replace The Great British Bake Off.
So here it is, Mary Christmas
MARY BERRY has her first post-Bake Off gig lined up - and it's not on Channel 4.
She is set to star in a Christmas special with her old pal, telly chef JAMES MARTIN on the Food Network channel.
Mary will be joined by fellow guests including legendary TV chef BRIAN TURNER and JENNIE McALPINE, who plays Fiz on Coronation Street, on the show where James makes his favourite festive dishes.
A source said: "Everyone is waiting to hear which way Mary is going to go with Bake Off, whether she'll make the jump over to Channel 4.
"She's keeping herself busy in the meantime by helping out James, who is a long-time pal.
"It's a canny move from Food Network to announce this while everyone is wondering."
The channel is, incidentally, the home of her Bake Off sidekick PAUL HOLLYWOOD's other main TV project City Bakes.
The Food Network will get viewers in the Christmas spirit by screening the special programme a month before the big day.
But it won't be Mary's only festive appearance on the telly this year.
Despite Channel 4's swoop for the hit franchise, she will appear on the Beeb in a Bake Off Christmas special.
Mary will take a look back at the best contestants from the past seven series.
Two lots of Mary Berry - now that's a Christmas present you don't need a receipt for.
Barlow blast at ace Bolt
USAIN BOLT ran into trouble by romping with a gangster’s widow following his Rio Olympics glory.
And the Jamaican sprint king is again in hot water . . . this time with pop legend GARY BARLOW.
He accused Usain of stealing his “lightning bolt” pose from TAKE THAT’s 1995 video for hit Sure, in which the boys are seen thrusting out their arms like Bolt during the song’s chorus.
Demonstrating the move while filming his new BBC1 talent show Let It Shine, Gary said: “Usain Bolt got his pose from our Sure music video. We made that famous first.”
But it wasn’t only his dance moves Gary was keen to showcase at the BBC studios on Monday.
The former X Factor judge flaunted Let It Shine’s hi-tech set, while the audience were given interactive lights to wear that flashed to fit the popularity and tempo of each contestant’s choice of song.
Gary was joined by his fellow judges DANNII MINOGUE, MARTIN KEMP and AMBER RILEY, as well as hosts GRAHAM NORTON and MEL GIEDROYC.
Take That’s MARK OWEN and HOWARD DONALD made appearances too, coming by the set to watch – and sparking rumours they will be involved, too.
That’s handy if any of the contestants need help with a dance routine.
