Hollyoaks spoiler: Joanne Cardsley pushes love rival Mercedes McQueen too far
Get ready for an epic showdown
IT looks like Joanne Cardsley is about to face the wrath of Mercedes McQueen after the legal eagle goes too far on her quest to win Joe Roscoe’s affections.
When Mercedes (Jennifer Metcalfe), Cindy Savage (Steph Waring) and Tegan Lomax (Jessica Ellis) find themselves down Dee Valley Police Station, Joanne sees a golden opportunity.
As the trio argue among themselves after getting into a fight organising Mercedes and her cousin Celine’s upcoming joint wedding, Joanne slips some drugs into Mercy’s bag.
Her plan is to see the brunette banged up in prison again and win further favour with Joe (Ayden Callaghan).
As the big day dawns, it looks like the blonde – played by Rachel Leskovac – has been found out as the new Hollyoaks autumn trailer shows her having a showdown with Mercedes.
“Who do you think you are?” demands Joanne, to which the mouth brunette replies: “Mercedes McQueen, b*tch!”
Whether or not either woman will get their man has yet to be seen however.
Hollyoaks airs week nights on Channel 4 at 6:30pm with a first-look on E4 at 7pm.
