KATIE Price’s ex Carl Woods shared a post about depression with his followers days after their split.

The car salesman took to his Instagram last night and shared a heartfelt message about mental health and shutting the world out after accusing Katie, 43, of cheating on him.

Carl's message, origianally shared by podcast presenter James English, said: "Depression is sleeping through the day in a dark room. Depression is ignoring calls from family and friends.

"Depression is feeling lonely but not wanting company. Depression is a disease that can hit anyone at any moment.

"And if you are battling depression at this moment and refused to give up you my friends are one strong individual you’ve got this keep going."

His post came hours after Katie hit the town with friends on Friday night and kissed her business partner on the lips.

The newly single star shared a flirty video on Instagram as she smooched a pretty brunette called Jeyda who she said was her 'best friend'.

The ex glamour model also posed for snaps with Jeyda and her assistant Ryan in a London bar.

Katie was dumped by fiancé Carl after he accused her of cheating, sources have said.

Carl, 33, sent Katie a series of angry texts accusing her of being "a cheat and a player".

A source said the furious car salesman, ended their engagement as he could not trust her.

The source added: "Carl believes Katie went behind his back with another man. He lashed out in a series of texts and accused her of lying to him and using her pals to hide the phone number of the man he thinks she's been seeing.

"He branded her 'a cheat and a player' and told her he has had enough. He feels he can no longer trust her and it's the end of the road."

Carl proposed to mum-of-five Katie last April ten months after they started dating.

They were set to marry this year and had been trying for a baby.

Last week Carl appeared in court accused of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour in a row with Katie.

He arrived at Colchester magistrates' court holding hands with Katie but later posted "This is what loyalty looks like", alongside a pic of him and his dog.

He is set to face trial after denying the charges.
