Kate Moss is launching her own modelling agency but she wants more than just a pretty face!

SUPERMODEL Kate Moss is starting up her own modelling agency, Kate Moss Agency.

Having left Storm Models earlier this year, Kate is putting her wealth of experience to good use and using her industry knowhow to foster new talent.

Speaking to, Kate revealed that she hoped her agency would be “creating stars”, and would cover singing and acting as well as modelling.

She added: “It’s a dream! It’s so weird. I want to focus more on managing people’s careers than just [running] a modelling agency.

“I don’t really want pretty people, I want people that want to sing and dance and act — I want to create stars.”

Kate Moss was first spotted aged fourteen in JFK airport, New York when she was 14 by Storm founder Sarah Doukas.

She stayed with the agency for the rest of her career.

Explaining her decision to leave, she said: “I felt like I wanted to do things that were more than modelling. It didn’t matter how much we would try and do it together with them, I was always going to be the little Kate that they’ve known since I was 14.

“It was like leaving home. I had to leave, and they were very understanding about it. They were like, ‘Yeah you’ve got to go now, we’ve done as much as we can do.’ I wanted to spread my wings.”

Kate Moss is one of the most successful models of all time, boasting a fortune of almost £60million and holding the record of the most British Vogue front covers.

Kate also revealed how her new project would make her feel in control of her career.

She said: “I didn’t realise how much it was going to change the way I feel because it is like taking responsibility for my own [business], whatever I do, instead of being the model who’s being sent on jobs to turn up and just be whatever they want you to be.”

The notoriously shy star has started her own Instagram for the agency, with her Business of Fashion cover as her first post on the site.

This may not be the only project coming up for Kate, we revealed that she is planning to wed toyboy lover Nikolai von Bismark … as soon as her divorce from Jamie Hince is finalised.

After falling in love with Hydra on a holiday to the Greek island, the pair began scouting out some locations for their nuptials.

A pal told us: “Both want a low-key ceremony with a handful of friends and family. The plan is to head back to London to celebrate with a larger group.”
