GOOD Samaritan Katie Cutler, who raised £330,000 for mugging victim Alan Barnes, sobbed on This Morning as she denied claims that she only raised the money to take part in Celebrity Big Brother.

Katie, 23, faces a £6,687 bill from the PR company she hired for her charitable campaign - and mean-spirited Barnes has said he will only give her £10 towards it.

She was interviewed by Holly and Phil today and explained how she is disputing the amount she owes.

Katie revealed she met PR boss Claire Barber in 2015 and that she didn't agree to any bill prior to any work undertaken.

Claire Barber, CEO of Claire Barber PR, has previously said Katie Cutler was hungry for fame and that she paid her £6,687 to try and get her on TV.

The beautician added: "She has also said that I've ignored letters and things but that's not true. We repeatedly asked her for a breakdown of the costs for time sheets and things like that that weren't provided."

When Phillip Schofield asked whether she raised the money to in turn raise her profile she immediately shook her head.

Katie said, trembling: "No, no that would be my worst nightmare. I'm very nervous sitting here now. I couldn't get dressed in front of my mum let alone strangers, do you know what I mean?"

The beautician then began to tear up as Holly Willoughby comforted her by saying: "And the saddest thing about this whole story is that initially you did so much good and you really helped somebody that was incredibly vulnerable. It's put you off fundraising or doing anything like this in the future because it's had such an impact on you."

Mum Katie agreed, but then burst into tears saying: "It's just... I've done some nice things for people and I'm proud that my little girl is old enough that she can look back and see the nice things I've done."

She also reiterated that she didn't at all expect mugging victim Alan Barnes to contribute towards raising the money.

The beautician said: "I don't expect anything in return, it just makes me feel good."
