The Wanted’s Max George reveals Tom Parker is so weak he’s using a wheelchair amid brain tumour battle

BRAVE Tom Parker is now using a wheelchair after treatment for his inoperable brain tumour has left him too weak to stand.

The Wanted singer, 33, was shown sitting in the chair on his bandmate Max George's Instagram account.

But ever the fighter, Tom put on a brave face and looked cool as he flashed a peace sign and donned sun glasses and a beanie.

Max played Justin Timberlake's SexyBack over the story, which he captioned: "I mean...come on" followed by a heart eye emoji.

Max has been looking after his poorly friend, who he has called a "warrior", while they are on tour together.

He instagrammed as the pair shared a bed last night.

"Tom is just on his ninth meal of the day,"; Max said as Tom laughed while tucking into chicken and salad.

He also gave a message to Tom's wife Kelsey, saying: "Just so you know Kels, the chips don't get touched."

Max also shared a sweet snap of the pair lying on the bed, commenting that they were having a "Netflix night".

Earlier this week, Tom appeared with bandmates Jay McGuinness, Siva Kaneswaran, Nathan Sykes and Max on stage for their hit Glad You Came at the Bournemouth International Centre.

He missed the start of the group's Most Wanted greatest hits tour last week to undergo pioneering treatment on his brain cancer in Spain.
