Peter Andre pays emotional tribute to ‘hero’ dad as they reunite after two years apart
PETER Andre has called his dad his 'hero' in a series of touching posts after finally being reunited with his father.
The Aussie singer, 49, is currently in Australia after being unable to travel home for two years due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
And he has made the most of being able to spend time with his elderly parents, mum Thea, 85, and dad Savvas, 88.
Peter, himself dad to Junior, 16, Princess, 14, Amelia, eight, and Theodore, five, has shared two sweet pictures of him with his father.
The first shows him and his dad smiling while Savvas is pointing at him. Pete captioned the image: "My father...my absolute hero."
He followed this snap with another happy shot of the pair, this time captioned with: "Will cherish these moments forever."

Peter's son Junior also appears to be with him on this trip, posting from a sun-drenched beach and a fancy restaurant.
The teenager, who recently launched a music career, showed fans the beautiful coastline before heading for an extravagant family dinner with his dad.
Pete was so delighted to be home with his mum and dad for the first time in two years.
He wrote on social media next to a picture of him with his pa: "Ah dad. ❤️ 🇦🇺🇨🇾 89 and still rockin"

In another, Junior posed with his grandmother, also known as his "yiayia" Peter said: "♥️ yiayia and J 🇦🇺 🇨🇾 @officialjunior_andre #reunited #family"
Peter has recently spoken about his heartbreak over his aging parents, saying: "My mum's health is really declining."
Writing in his column, he said: "I feel great about being a year away from 50. I dreaded turning 40 but actually my forties have been really amazing, I feel relaxed, and in a very happy place career-wise and personally.
He opened up as he reflected on a huge birthday milestone coming up next year.
