The 24-year-old was hacked to death by machete gang
HOLLY Willoughby and Philip Schofield offered condolences from the This Morning team after a bodyguard who had worked at the programme for five years died in hospital yesterday.
Ricky Hayden, 24, was attacked with a machete along with his father Paul, 54, as the pair tried to defend their home from thieves.

His sister yesterday posted a heartbreaking picture of him on a hospital bed as she gave him a final kiss goodbye.
The father and son confronted four thieves trying to steal his brother Perry’s moped outside their home.
The pair dashed outside at 1.25am on Tuesday but were attacked by the men dressed in hoodies and balaclavas.
Neighbours were woken by chilling screams and piled out into the street in Chadwell Heath, East London.
Mum-of-three Bella Tasci, 34, said: “It all happened so quickly.

“I could see someone on top of one of them with a knife in his hand.
“All the neighbours were out there saying, ‘Get off of him’. They were all screaming as well.
“Paul and Ricky were on the floor.
“The gang had two bikes, so two jumped on the back and they got away.”

Speaking at the beginning of the programme, Phil said: "We just wanted to send our thought and condolences with his family at this incredibly sad time"
