Megan McKenna looks totally different after having lip fillers dissolved in bid to look more natural
MEGAN McKenna looked like a new woman as she stepped out at the weekend, minus the plumped-up pout that was once her trademark.
The former TOWIE star, 29, headed out to London's Soho for a night with pals, her signature lips looking more subtle than ever before.
More than two years after having her lip fillers removed, Megan appeared happy and relaxed as she enjoyed an evening on the town.
Despite the chilly temperatures, the blonde reality star turned musician teamed a sparkly red crop top and black hotpants with an open blue blazer that showed off her flat tummy.
She accessorised the look with black leather cowboy boots and a shimmering silver shoulder bag.
After posing for some shots in the entrance to the bar, she giggled with a mate as they enjoyed a few drinks before grabbing a Domino's takeaway on the way home.
Megan's more natural appearance got the thumbs up from her 2.4million instagram followers, including some of her famous friends.
Ferne McCann commented on her post with a series of heart eye emojis, while Charlotte Dawson said she looked "unreal" and "bloody beltin'".
Other followers said she looked "absolutely stunningly beautiful", while many shared fire emojis.

Megan ditched her lip fillers in a bid to be taken more seriously in the music industry after winning Celebrity X Factor back in 2019 and topping the iTunes charts with her country-tinged tracks.
At the time, she appeared on Lorraine and revealed she was horrified by her puffed up pout.
"Honestly I look back at myself and think, 'Oh my God what was I thinking?'
"I think I had a massive dose of body dysmorphia. I feel like what I would like to say to my younger self is 'you really need to accept the way you look. This Instagram thing, looking online, wanting to look like other people, I was doing that."
She added: "You lose yourself."
Megan realised her fillers had to go when people were ignoring her singing talent and focusing on her looks.
She said: "Now I feel like I looked awful. My mum used to say to me every morning, 'Megan your lips, they are so big.'
"I was noticing, every article was about my big lips and not my music which was heartbreaking to me."
Megan is dating partner Josh Riley, who shoes away from the limelight.
The pair recently enjoyed a romantic holiday in the Maldives.
The Sun revealed Megan and Josh were an item back in August 2020 but things between them appeared to fizzle out when we told how she had joined exclusive dating app Raya.
But the couple were spotted together again in February 2021and it seems their relationship has gone from strength to strength.
Megan also recently shared snaps of herself back in the recording studio and promised new songs were on their way.
