CORONATION Street's David Platt is set on wreaking vengeance on his wife's killer - by blowing him up.
The troubled father is still grieving for his wife, who was stabbed in the street by thug Clayton.
Since her death David's behaviour has spiralled and it appears to reach a climax as snaps from the upcoming episode show.
The hairdresser (Jack P Shepherd) is pictured filling up two petrol cans and then places them in the boot of his car.
He sadly takes the time to stare at the picture of his wife Kylie stored away in his wallet.

David is then pictured flicking his thumb against his lighter outside the Weatherfield Crown Court (filmed in Salford).
He is also seen watching a police van enter through the gates, which could be containing his nemesis Clayton.
