Peter Andre reveals family were barred from France in holiday ‘nightmare’ – and diverted to Bulgaria

PETER Andre posted about his incredible half-term ski holiday tonight - after admitting things didn't totally go to plan.

The 48-year-old star hit the piste with wife Emily and children Theo, Amelia, Junior and Princess, sharing a picture of them on social media.

They wound up in an "incredible" resort in Bulgaria but explained their intended destination was France - until they were hit with "nightmare" requirements.

Writing in his columns in he called the resort of Borovets in Bulgaria "unexpectedly incredible".

He added: "I say unexpectedly because we were supposed to go to France, but it was a a bit of a nightmare with the requirements.

"As of recently, if you're 16 and over you have to be double vaccinated to visit France, but Junior was only single vaccinated and, at the time, he was not eligible for his second."

Singer Peter said they had a fantastic time in Bulgaria and that Princess, 14, and Junior, 16, mastered the slopes.

Meanwhile, he explained, little Theo - who would have a "meltdown" after an hour on skis, was not proving a natural.

Peter explained that they would return to the same resort in a heartbeat, saying they also went horseriding in the snow.

He shared a picture of the family on the slopes writing: "What an incredible week skiing with the family. Just to warn you I will post loads of Instagram pics in the coming days 😂 ."

Tagging in the company who took them he added: "Massive thank you to @crystalholidays for organising unforgettable things for us including snowmobiling and riding beautiful horses in the snow. More to come..."

They replied: "An amazing week with your amazing family 🙌❤️."

Emily was seen in an all-in-one red outfit, while Princess and Amelia opted for pink, while the boys wore blue.
