The 2007 show gave talented youngsters their 15 minutes of fame but what did they do with it?
BIG Brother: Celebrity Hijack turned the tables on the show's iconic format and left celebrities in charge of a group of 18-21 year olds.
First appearing on our screens in search of fame, here's some of the household names you might recognise now from this long forgotten 2008 show....
Anthony Ogogo (boxer)
Anthony Ogogo had already had success at the Junior Olympics in 2004 before entering the house.
He has since won a silver medal in the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi and a bronze medal in the London 2012 Olympics.
In 2015, he took part in Strictly Come Dancing - but his fancy

footwork didn't translate to the dancefloor and he was the second kicked out of that year's series.
Calista Robertson (classical musician)
Classical musician Calista had been playing the violin since the age of three.
She came in seventh place in the competition after being evicted on day 23.
She is now married and known as Calista Kazuko she has continued to perform and teaches music at a primary school.
John Loughton (Scottish political campaigner)
Fun and personable John endeared himself to the nation while on the show and walked away the victorious winner of the series.
Entering the house as a Scottish political campaigner he has gone on to set up Dare2Lead a social enterprise “dedicated to unlocking the leadership potential of people, organisations and communities.”
He was named Global Outstanding Young Professional of the World in Rio De Janiero in 2013.
Jay Wilson (fashion designer)
Fashion designer Jay Wilson studied at the renowned Central Saint Martins fashion school before appearing in the show.
He was evicted on day 23 after despite only receiving two nominations.
He has since worked on US-based brand “Baby Phat” and is now based in London working as a stylist and has even reportedly styled the likes of Jourdan Dunn.
Nathan Fagan-Gayle (singer)
Talented singer Nathan had already been nominated for a MOBO and had released a well-received song “Come Into My Room” before he joined the Big Brother house.
He made it to the final night of the show but was first to go on the evening, coming sixth overall.
Since then he had another brush with fame when he was taken to judge’s houses by Nicole Scherzinger in The X-Factor but he was skipped over for a place in the live-shows in favour of larger-than-life character Rylan.
The bad news didn’t stop there for Nathan as in March of this year he was found guilty of laundering £20,000 in a large-scale scam targeting elderly people and was sentenced to one year and eight months in prison.
Liam Young (entrepreneur)
Liam entered the house a fresh-faced lad who had managed to set up his own website services company.
He was evicted from the house second on day 16.
He has since changed his name to Zack Young and is currently Head of Strategy for a company called ShiftWear Corp, a New-York based startup who aim to “change the face of wearables starting with our smart sneaker.”
He has also written a number of articles for The Huffington Post.
Latoya Satnarine (dancer)
Talented dancer Latoya had worked with Mariah Carey and Madonna.
She was fourth to leave the house on day 21 of the competition.
There’s not a huge amount of information about Latoya’s current activities online although her social media account indicates that she is still dancing and currently living in Budapest.
Jeremy Metcalfe (F1 driver)
When he joined the Big Brother house he was tipped to be “the next Lewis Hamilton”.
He came fifth in the competition but has mysteriously not competed in any races since 2008.
He has reportedly gone on to study Property Finance and Investment in Nottingham Trent University.
Jade Eden (beauty queen)
The stunning beauty queen and Mensa member entered the house to show that pageant princesses had brains too.
She was the first to be evicted, leaving the house on day nine.
She has since founded Gemstones a south London based gymnastics troop.
Emilia and Victor Arata (circus performers)
Emilia managed to come second in the competition while her brother Victor was booted off on day 16.
The pair have now re-branded as Billy and Emily England and made it to the semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2015 with an impressive rollerblading act.
Amy Jackson (conceptual artist)
The fun and friendly conceptual artist finished in third place.
She has since founded a site called Lost, Found & Loved Again that is a collection of independent artists who create unique pieces of art from “lost, discarded or abandoned gems.”
