Katie Price’s fiance Carl Woods charged with using threatening and abusive behaviour
KATIE Price's fiancé Carl Woods has been charged today with using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, The Sun can reveal.
Woods, 33, who is engaged to the former glamour model, has been charged under section 4 of the Public Order Act.
In a statement, cops said: "A man arrested following an incident in Little Canfield, on August 23 2021, has been charged.
"Carl Woods, 33, has been charged under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
"He is due to appear at Colchester Magistrates Court on March 10."
The charge comes just a day after Katie, 43, was seen out on the town with him after her latest round of cosmetic procedures.
The star flashed a dazzling smile to a photographer following the surgery, which cost an estimated £10,000.
Earlier this week, Woods celebrated his birthday with Katie at their favourite Essex restaurant, Sheesh.

The pair enjoyed their first date together at the celeb eatery almost two years ago.
The glamour model posted a sweet message on Instagram to mark the occasion, writing: "Happy 33rd birthday to my gorgeous loyal perfect man and can’t wait to share the rest of your birthdays to come."
She and Woods are hoping to start a family and get married in the near future - with Katie telling pals she's planning to tie the knot on May 22, her 44th birthday.
Sources say they want the nuptials, which will take place at her 'Mucky Mansion' in Sussex, to have a fairground theme.
“Katie’s lucky number is her birth date, so what’s luckier than her actual birthday?" the friend told Sun Online.
"She’s telling everyone that Carl will be her fourth and final husband - he’s The One.

“She’s planning to make it a day to remember - it’ll take place at her home in West Sussex and she wants a fairground - they both love rollercoasters - and a hog roast.
"Carl wants to arrive in a supercar and make a huge entrance. Basically she wants this wedding to be completely different to all her other weddings.”
One thing, however, will be the same - Katie’s choice of celeb bridesmaid including Michelle Heaton.
"Katie has asked Michelle Heaton to be her bridesmaid - she’s one of Katie’s best friends and they have always been there for each other," the insider added.

Just this week, Katie revealed on Good Morning Britain that she's forging ahead with planning for the big day after she swerved a prison sentence for drink-driving.
She said she wants to hold the wedding in the UK so mum Amy, who has a life-limiting lung condition called idopathic pulmonary fibrosis, can be there.
