Kate Moss flogs Highgate mansion for £11.5m and quits London for the countryside
FOR years Kate Moss would spend almost every night of the week partying in London.
But those days are behind her as I can reveal the supermodel has sold up for a quiet life in the countryside — flogging her Highgate mansion for a whopping £11.5million.
It means she has made a £4.25million profit on what she paid for the house — next door to George Michael’s former home — 11 years ago.
The property was put on the market at the end of last year and was snapped up by a partner at accountancy firm PWC.
In recent years, Kate has gone teetotal and had a steady relationship with German aristocrat and photographer Count Nikolai Von Bismarck.
They now live full time at her home in the Cotswolds. A source said: “Kate is thrilled that she has managed to sell her London home so quickly.
“It is the end of an era. But she and her boyfriend spent lockdown in the countryside and realised the pace of life there suited them better.
“It’s all about doing what makes her happy.”

The sale of her house isn’t the only indication the legendary caner is winding down, though. Kate has also closed one of her modelling businesses.
The Croydon-born star put Skate LLP, once worth £7.8million, into voluntary liquidation and banked the remaining £140,000 assets.
With the pay days from that closure and her house sale, Kate won’t have to worry about hitting a catwalk again.

AFTER he enlisted Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl to help write his new single Everything’s Electric, Liam Gallagher has landed another collaboration on his upcoming album, C’Mon You Know, out on May 27.
The former Oasis rocker called upon Vampire Weekend singer Ezra Koenig to play on the song Moscow Rules.
Interestingly, Ezra’s group performed before Oasis on that fateful night at the Rock en Seine festival in August 2009, when Liam’s older brother Noel quit the group.
Talking to Dutch radio station KINK's In Touch show, Liam said of his latest collaboration: “Ezra plays some mad instruments on a song called Moscow Rules.
”Working with Dave was a dream come true for Liam, who said they’d been trying to work together for years.
He added: “We were meant to do something on Why Me? Why Not but it just didn’t happen. We’ve done gigs with them and we’ve hung out quite a bit.
“I think we got a good tune out of it.”

WELL, YELLOW THERE DUA
DUA LIPA kicks off her Future Nostalgia world tour in a blaze of colour as she struts her stuff on stage in this fluorescent one-piece with matching gloves.

A WHIP-CRACKING MATCH FOR KANYE
KANYE WEST has only been dating Julia Fox for five weeks but there are already claims he has been two-timing her with a lookalike of his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
But in a strange twist, Julia has revealed she actually finds it “hot” to see a partner with other people – so perhaps she is the perfect girl for him.
Asked about her fantasies in a new interview, the Uncut Gems actress said: “I’m into, weirdly, partner swapping and watching.
"I have never done it. I’ve always been so jealous and possessive in all of my relationships. I don’t want to be like that in the future. We’ll see. It’s hot.

"You had five minutes to get ready, they told you really quickly what they are into, and then you had to wing it.
“That’s really good training if you do it all the time.”
She said her punters used to buy her loads of clothes, admitting: “I came out the womb in f***ing latex. The fits were insane. Most of them were gifts from clients.”
Kanye must be making her feel right at home by buying her loads of clothes at the moment, then.

Speaking to Craig Charles on Radio 6 Music, the singer said: “When we were rehearsing on the last tour there were loads of ideas bouncing around.
"We will be getting together for a week and trying to get the ideas out there."
