Is Sofia Richie’s new finger cross tattoo inspired by boyfriend Justin Bieber?
The tat mimics the one he has under his eye
SOFIA Richie took to Snapchat to show her her tattoo inkings, one of which bears a striking resemblance to beau Justin Bieber‘s own.
The 18-year-old revealed one to be a small cross on her middle finger – mimicking the Baby singer’s tiny one under his eye.
Lionel Richie’s daughter went to celeb tattoo artist Jonathan Valena, also known as Jonboy, for the inkings. Coincidentally (or not) Justin also chose him to ink the tat under his eyes.
Jonboy previously spoke to Us Weekly about the design he’d done on the 22-year-old singer earlier in the year, saying that it “represented [Justin’s] journey in finding purpose with God”.
The Snapchat video sees Sofia sitting in the chair as she says, giggling: “I’m really scared”.
It then switched to the teen proudly showing off her mini cross tat and when asked whether she was trembling, she shook her head.
The blonde looked very relaxed in the next shot as she pouted while the tattoo artist was at work.
Justin and Sofia began dating last month, which caused a lot of controversy after the pair posted a series of Insta snaps together.
The pics attracted negative comments from his fans and he deleted his Instagram account after warning he would and following a brutal response from ex Selena Gomez.
And Sofia’s dad Lionel Richie doesn’t seem too impressed by their relationship either.
In a video acquired by the star is confronted about his daughter’s new relationship as he’s out and about in Beverley Hills with her- but refuses to give his stamp of approval to his daughter’s new love interest.
When asked about the relationship, he laughed and said: “I’m not going to go there. I’ve got strict orders not to go there.”
