MEL B could be renamed Mel Pee after weeing on Bear Grylls' hand after he was stung by a jellyfish.
The former Spice Girl is the latest famous face to take part in the TV adventurer's show, Running Wild With Bear Grylls and in a new teaser for the episode the singer and TV judge can be seen coming to his aid.
The 42-year-old had picked up the jellyfish to show Mel what they would be eating for dinner but as it slipped from his hand, Bear was stung on his hand as it fell.
Quick as a flash, Mel says: "If someone gets stung by a jellyfish you have to pee on them. Do you need me to pee on you?"
Having realised he had just peed 10 minutes earlier and wouldn't be able to do it himself, Bear realised he was left with no other choice but to accept her "kind offer".
He added: "I'm actually getting to the stage where I'm going to take her up on this offer."
Mel's modesty was blurred by the cameras as she pulled down her trousers, with Bear also looking away, telling her simply: "Take my hand and guide it."
However the pair hit a hurdle when Mel cried out that she had "stage fright" and couldn't go.
She yelled: "I can't do it - it's not coming! To pee on demand, when someone's in pain, is very difficult."
Thankfully she managed to overcome it and their faces showed she managed, with Mel smiling at Bear: "There you go. Don't say I don't do anything for you."
The TV hunk added: "Mel B, she saved my life. It still stings, but it's better.
"I must say, that is a first. All in the name of survival."
Also in the episode, Mel looked petrified as she fought to stay alive in the wilderness, at one point dangling perilously over the edge of a cliff.
Mel, 41, headed to Wales for a wild weekend with Bear which was filmed for his popular TV show.
The surival expert taught the singer keys skills including how to build a fire, and sleep outdoors, but the most terrifying moment came during daredevil trip down a cliff.
The Spice Girls star was seen lying on the ground just inches away from a sheer drop over the sea.
Mel looked scared as her feet dangled perilously in the air even though Bear was standing just inches away to pull her to safety.
The stunt was part of an abseiling adventure.
During the show, Mel is also shown making a fire and bonding with hunky TV star Bear.
