GEMMA Collins looked thinner than ever as she stripped down to a leopard print swimsuit in a throwback snap on a yacht after her three stone weight loss.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star treated fans to the motivational picture on Instagram.
Gemma, 40, looked glam in the slinky animal-print one-piece.
It featured a belt that nipped her in at the middle to reveal her shrinking waist.
Gemma, who kicked off her sensational weight loss when she was on Dancing on Ice three years ago, looked every inch the star as she posed in her sunglasses on the yacht.
She captioned the shot with a motivational message or her fans.
It read: "Anything you can imagine you can create. Make your dreams a reality.
"You really can achieve and have the life you always wanted …. And remember the harder you work !!!! The luckier you get ! X GC."

Her positive post came just a day after she told fans how she FELL from a horse as she spent the afternoon at the stables with fiance Rami Hawash and her step son.
She was joined by beau Rami and his son Tristan for the fun day out which she gave fans behind-the-scenes access from with a series of videos.
"Guys, we're at the stables today - I've got Rami up on a horse," the reality TV began as she filmed her fiance riding around behind her.
Looking flustered with her helmet on, she continued: "I've just fallen off the horse - I've got the video footage - but I'm going to get back on, you know me."
She captioned the video clip: "Horse life is just the one. Fallen off already but getting back up here as always."
