Lauren Goodger reveals she ‘considered ending second pregnancy’ after split with boyfriend Charles
LAUREN Goodger has revealed that she "considered ending her second pregnancy" after her split with boyfriend Charles Drury.
The former Towie star - who first split up with the builder in November last year - announced that she is expecting her second child with the 24-year-old.
Lauren, 35, fell pregnant again just eight weeks after giving birth to their daughter Larose in July last year.
The couple have had their ups and downs since they went Instagram official in October 2020 - so Lauren had to think about if having another baby was the best option for them as a family.
Lauren, who is 16 weeks pregnant, recently told magazine: "We weren’t very careful and Charlie was really pleased, but being honest I was really in two minds about it. I was like, 'I’m just getting myself back together – I’m going back to square one. Is this fair?'
"You get real mum guilt, like, 'What about Larose? She’s still a baby, she still needs me, I won’t be able to be there for her.'
"A lot went through my mind which is why I’ve held out a bit longer until I’ve announced it. Charlie was like, 'I really want this baby.' And I said, 'So do I.' I made the decision to go ahead with it and I’m so glad I did."
Last week it was reported that Lauren had kicked boyfriend Charles out of her house after The Sun revealed he had a fling with Amy Gilbert while they were separated.

A pal of the star told that Lauren "was really hurt when she found out about" Charles’ fling and ordered him to "pack his bags and leave".
Amy, 24, claimed to have slept with the dad-of-one when he announced his split with Lauren.
She said: "We were messaging for a couple of days on there and then he wanted me to go and meet him in a local place he was living - and I did.
"I slept with him on that night, it was quite intense first of all, then he asked to see me again the following day. I then went and met him again.
"Then I spent the whole weekend round there as well. We were on and off talking every day, FaceTiming."
Back in October 2020 The Sun Online exclusively revealed that Lauren and Charles were dating.
Not long after going official the pair hit a number of milestones in their relationship as Lauren moved her toy boy into her Essex pad.
Then three months later, the TV star revealed that she was pregnant with their first child.
Four months after welcoming Larose into the world, the couple decided the best thing to do was go their separate ways.
Speaking of the stressful split, the mum-to-be told : "Listen, moving house and having a baby are very stressful things.
"Having a baby, as well as it being a beautiful and amazing thing, really does test couples.

"For Charlie, it’s a lot of change and I think he was quite overwhelmed with everything. As much as he loves me and Larose, he had to take five minutes out."
Weeks later The Sun Online exclusively revealed the couple were back together.
